Evil Cell phone

I can honestly say that I am pretty patient when it comes to dealing with Customer Service people since I worked many years in that field.... but Sprint really pushed it with me! We opted that since I have paid for the "insurance" on my phone all these years, I should just get it repaired and we will switch plans when we get back from FL so I wouldn't have to hassle with it... well 3 Sprint stores and 4 hours TOTAL of wait time, I finally got it fixed... the wait time at the last place I'm sure would have been longer if I hadn't been letting Paul tear their waiting area apart!
