And with december comes....

More Craziness!!!! Wheee!!!!

As usual, things are moving 100 MPH as we head into December. Here is just a taste :)

Last weekend when we normally put up lights, we were occupied with my Grandfather's memorial. It was beautiful at the lake and A was very inquisitive about the Marine Honor Guard, and watching the releasing of a rehabilitated Hawk was awe-inspiring. The next day a group of us left for a day trip to honor my grandfather and grandmother's final wishes. We made lots of stops along the way... this pic is one of my favorite :)

We also managed to squeeze in our annual Family portraits (yea!) and this year we went "formal" I'll post some as soon as I get them loaded

Now here is what is to come!

-Tomorrow A is again performing in the Chandler Light Parade as her team defends its "2007 Judges Choice" award. It will be different this year as she is marching the mile long route unlike last year when she road on the float

-The outside of the house still needs to be decorated

- Next week is A's Dance Team "Slumber Party" - they were PJs play games, go on a tour of Christmas lights and eat lots of junk food

- We are heading back to Disneyland to see the Holiday displays for the first time. I have worked it out with A's teacher that we will get her homework for the days we are gone ahead of time so she won't be behind when we get back.

- The Daisy Scout's Christmas party is going to be here so we are gearing up for 12 girls running around! its going to be fun with caroling around the neighborhood followed by Hot Chocolate!

While that may seem enough.... its not! My dad's family is come to stay for the week of Christmas along with my MIL!

I also still need to fit in our "Friend's gift exchange" with my BFFs and their kids, finish shopping, finish 2 bags on order, clean.... whew

On a cute side note, A has been teaching P how to sing "Jingle Bells" and it is so funny to hear him walking around singing... it helps keep things in perspective!
