Lesson Learned

So I have a riddle for you... what do you get when you have a "rainy day schedule" (ie no outside time), a substitute teacher, a couple of kindergartners, and a pair of scissors?

answer= a trip to Cost Cutters!!!

Anna's hair is now about 5 inches shorter, and boy has she learned her lesson! R thought we should cut it supper short, but I don't want to have to figure out how to do her "performance hair" again, so I opted to go just above the chunk she took.

Wow! I see what you mean. Five inches IS a lot for a five year old... it's nearly to her shoulders after all.

I think all kids (at least girls with long hair) do this at least once in the toddler years. It happened on my watch when my step-daughter was about four... not fun having to tell her Mom about how that happened!
