I need to confess my "Bad mommy" Moment :( I have gotten so use to my dark-haired, olive skin beautiful girl that I never really think about the precautions you are suppose to take regarding outside time. So today when it was play time, out went all the kids, including my fair skin blond headed little dude. Well, now he is "pink skin" red ears little dude :(
It doesn't seem to bother him, and I lathered him with the aloe lotion, but I feel like such a neglectful parent..... does anyone have a wet noodle so I can lash myself?? :P

Ooh. I've always thought of how terrible I'd feel if E ever came in red-skinned. Lucky for me, the skin tones were reversed and my first-born is the pasty-white faced kid. I don't know though, I may get tricked up here in WY though... actually I did last summer, MYSELF! I went out for about four hours in a beautiful July afternoon... only in the 80's to 90's... why would I need sun-protection? I STILL have the tan lines from the V-neck I was wearing that day! :P
