Wow - is it already Friday??? The last 10 days have flown by at lightening speed, but when I look back I can see why its such a blur :)
Fri 9/21 - In Laws come into to town
Fri 9/21 - In Laws come into to town
Sat 9/22 - "Family" BDay party for Anna and Paul. All the cousins are here, plus some friends close enough to be considered family, and my grandparents - mass chaos ensues, but good times and green frosting had by all
Sun 9/23 - Time for more Cake - The kids, my Mom-in-law and I head to my friend's daughter's first BDay party. More chaos, more fun times :) After the party "everyone" took a nap
Mon 9/24 - In Laws leave - laundry happens - more cake eating
Wed 9/26 - I offer to help out in my cousin's classroom with some testing... I really enjoyed helping, but it threw me out of my schedule and it seemed to take the whole day to play catch-up. R has a game at CGCC, so I think taking the kids over would be a good idea...not so much :(
Thurs 9/27 - Go to Anna's school for their assembly (Anna is getting an award) but oops... wrong assembly... that one is next Friday - argh, I shaved and put on make-up for nothing!
Fri 9/28 - I finally have time to update this page :)... coming up...
Tomorrow - Anna's "friends party" at Build a Bear (More cupcakes!) and an old friend of R's and mine is turning 30 (I wonder if there will be cake?)
What is even more crazy - the next two weeks are even crazier with my friend coming in from WY with her 2 kids at the same time my dad will be here while we are getting ready to go to California for Anna's fall break!! No wonder I am losing my mind :)

Thank goodness for mommitinis!
You know what they say... "Life's a Plate Full of Cake!"... I mean "a Bowl Full of Cherries!"
So... can we safely say that YOU ARE "Having your cake and eating it too!?!?!"
Suzy :P
I must admit that I too am all caked out and I only had 4 cake like items in the last week!
Life is always good when you have great frenemies! October is shaping up to be just as busy as September for all of us, but the good news is that it looks like November is slower for now. :-)
