I was so excited to finally tell Anna about the Disneyland trip (we had opted to keep it a secret so she could focus better at school and dance) and as you can imagine, she was thrilled. She then announced that we should make a list of things to do to get ready and I thought I would share with you the un-edited list she wrote out and presented to me:
1- cleen up (rationale: so daddy won't have to go it while we are gone)
2 - pack up close (she meant clothes - this one took me a while to decipher)
3- Do homework (rationale: so I don't have to do it while standing in line for the rides)
4 - get nales prety (nails pretty) - we had already scheduled a mani/pedi outing with our friends
5- mommy do landry (laundry) (Rationale: she wanted her butterfly shirt and "I'm too short to get the soap so you do it!")
6 - say good byes
I thought this was a pretty good list and hit the important stuff :)
