Looking for the hidden mouse

Wow - I can't believe this is my 100th post! Cool :)

Somehow, my whole week has been dedicated to the theme of "mouse". I had the great joy of a "girls only" trip to Disneyland with my Princess, my BFF L and her little princess, and BFF B who was the really smart one and left her offspring at home!
We stayed in a great hotel RIGHT across the street that had 2 rooms, 3 beds and 2 bathrooms so it was super convenient! Here are the girls looking "longingly" across the street - you can actually see the monorail tracks in the picture - thats how close we were!It was fun getting to do the "girl" thing and best of all, no stroller!!! We even let the girls get "Princess" hair styles - aren't they just stinkin' cute?!?!?! We got a little (ok A LOT) obsessive with the pin trading, and it got worse when Anna discovered the "quest for the hidden Mickey" - on some of the cast member exclusives there are "hidden Mickey Ears" so she wanted ONLY those. It got so bad that when B and i were in the Airport to come home, we kept looking at people's lanyards to see if they had pins!!!

Once home and back to our normal life (Anna was back at school on Thursday and got 69 out of 70 right on her level 3 Mathblasters!) I had to jump on getting her dance stuff ready for Recital Pictures... ironically her ballet class costume is a mouse!!! They are pretty poorly made so I have actually worked on not only Anna's, but also 2 of her classmates... I guess it really is "all about the mouse"!!!
