Dance Bag - I got it in my head that I could make a better dance bag - one with colored pockets on the inside so you can actually see them, water bottle and street shoe pockets on the outside and in the dance team colors - after playing around with patterns, here is the proto-type
several mom's are waiting to see it, and if they like it, I may have some orders :) Now that I have figured out the details, it shouldn't take as long to duplicate, and I can assembly line make them. Keep your fingers crossed.
I also had my first "stranger order" for fairy clippies - B found the person (I'll be splitting profits with her for the finder's fee!) She wanted just the standard Tinkerbell, but it is still nice to have an order. I also made some random "girls" - the pink is an attempt at a ballerina and the blue is because it will match A's school uniform :) I can't believe she head's off to 1st grade before the end of the month

One idea for it would be, can you figure out a way to put a name / nick-name on the top pink band? Do you know someone with an embrodiery machine? Could you take the material to a shop and have it put on? Could you take the finished bag and have it added? What about fabric paint for the name? These would all be for an additional charge, of course, but if you're planning to sell to the dance team, it would make it a lot easier to keep track of whose is whose!

That was already decided, but I wasn't sure if A would be getting the prototype so I opted not to put it on - The girl's name will be put on the pink in rinestones (all bling) because I have seen it done with paint and it looked cheap
I hadn't even thought of the Rhinstones! That will be PERFECT! Easy to apply. Fun. Playful. And, as you said, BLING!!!
